1. About us
This website, rialign.co.in, is operated by Kinspire Ventures Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), which owns the brand Ri·Align. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
Ri·Align fragrances are cosmetic products for external use only. Each bottle comes with a lava stone bracelet and an affirmation card as free gifts. Lava stone is a natural material, so colour, size and texture may vary slightly from the images shown. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may change from time to time.
4. Product disclaimer
The 21-day ritual, affirmations and lava stone bracelet are intended as a personal wellbeing practice. They are not a medical, therapeutic or psychological treatment, and results vary from person to person. Do a patch test before first use. Stop use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, keep away from flames, heat and children, and do not ingest.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on delivery is not available. We may change prices or offers at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders
An order is confirmed only once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, the pin code is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
7. Shipping
Shipping times, charges and serviceable areas are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.
8. Returns and refunds
Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we do not accept returns, except for items that arrive damaged, leaking or incorrect, as explained in our Refund Policy. An unboxing video is required for all damage claims.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Ri·Align name, logo, product names, label designs, text, images, videos and the 21-day ritual concept, belongs to Kinspire Ventures Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for reactions from product use where the disclaimer above was not followed.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law,
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
