Refund and returns policy

Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in the cases below.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@kinspireventures.in or WhatsApp +91 976 9524341 with:
- your order number
- photos of the product and outer box
- an unboxing video (required for all damage claims)

Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full if a replacement is not available.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The lava stone bracelet and affirmation card are free gifts and are not refundable separately.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
